All users of our website and services must be 18 years or over and fully consent to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them then you are not permitted to use this website or our services.
We act as an introducing agent for the Seller's of the international property for sale on this web site. All sales and financial information is provided by the sellers and published by us in good faith but we cannot take any responsibility for any errors or omissions in the information they have supplied to us. Buyers should make their own enquiries to check the authenticity of any statements etc before purchasing.
Where a Buyer proceeds to purchase a property advertised on this website then the Buyer is entering a contract directly with the Seller and not Global Property Assets. All reservation deposits and contract monies will form part of the transaction which is solely between the Buyer and the Seller. In some cases all or some of the reservation fee may be non-refundable.
We strongly advise all prospective purchasers to always carry out their own due diligence checks as to the accuracy of sales information prior to making a reservation or placing any deposits.
The primary purpose of our website is to enable the listing of international properties for sale which are located outside the UK.
Financial / Investment Advice
We do not offer any financial or investment advice relating to any of the property featured on this website. You should always refer to your accountant or financial adviser for expert opinion in relation to the purchase of a fractional property.
Mortgage Finance
All properties may be purchased for cash but if you need to arrange mortgage finance to purchase a property you will find that In many cases that mortgages are available in the country of purchase. Alternatively you could arrange to raise finance by means of a remortgage on an existing UK or overseas residential property. If you choose this route you should seek advice from mortgage professionals who are regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Funds are also available by use of various secured and unsecured loans from Banks and other lending institutions.
Mortgage lenders do amend their criteria for mortgage from time to time. Neither Global Property Assets, nor its business partners can be held responsible should these changes affect adversely a client’s ability to obtain adequate mortgage finance.
Property Reservation Deposits
All Reservation deposits are to be made through Global Property Assets who will negotiate initially with the Seller. The reservation fee will be by cheque, made payable to the Seller, and all further monies to complete the purchase will be made direct to the Seller or his agents. In some cases all or some of the reservation fee may be non-refundable.
